 Ambrette Seed Absolute:
Ambrette Seed Absolute is produced by using a customized technology that is developed in BMV itself. The absolute blends well with rose, neroli, methyl ionones, sandalwood, alphatic aldehydes etc. It imparts exalting effect in perfumes.
Benzoin Siam:
It is used very extensively in perfumery for its fixative properties like sweet and deep balsamic note. A good number of usable products have been developed keeping in view the cost and their end uses.
Cardamom Absolute:
It reproduces the organoleptic value of the spice even more closely than the oil.
Carthamus Absolute:
In India, the commercial Carthamus Absolute is probably produced by BMV only. The absolute is deep brownish yellow in colour. Its odour is deep waxy floral and saffronic in nature. It is mostly used in chewing Tobacco Compounds.
Castoreum Absolute:
For ease of use, Castoreum Absolute is produced with just 50% concentration. It is used extensively in perfumes, has warm, animal leather like sweet odour.
Cinnamon Bark Absolute:
Typical Cinnamon is of sweet spicy balsamic flavour and taste. It is an unusual application product. It has an excellent flavour value.
Cistus Absolute:
Finer & slightly lighter in odour than Labdanum.
Clove Bud Absolute:
A spicy, floral and tenacious product.
Labdanum Absolute:
Odour of labdanum absolute is deep, sweet balsamic, faintly but it is persistently herbaceous like amber. It is used in perfumery, partly as an excellent fixative.
Labdanum Green Absolute:
A very light coloured and extremely powerful product. Gives a sweet, ambery and balsamic radiance to compounds.
Liquorice Extract:
A water soluble extract of Liquorice , good for taste.
Myrrh Resinoid & Absolute:
Myrrh Resinoid is dark, reddish orange, brown, soft and sticky. It is used as an excellent fixative and sweetener in oriental spicy bases.
Myrrh absolute is finer and stronger in odour, lighter in colour when compared with resinoid.
Nutmeg Absolute:
It is a dark, orange coloured viscous. A mass of very warm, suave, spicy balsamic and strongly aromatic odour. It is used in old fashioned oriental type of perfumes.
Oakmoss Absolute:
True oakmoss is not available in India and is imported. The absolute that is prepared in BMV is a versatile product used primarily in perfumery. It is dark green, viscous material having a fine odour.
Olibanum Products:
Olibanum that is produced in India is a form of different species i.e. Boswellia serrata. Oil produced directly by this steam is nearly colourless, light and refreshing in odour. Other products of Indian Olibanum that are produced by BMV are crystals, absolute and pourable resinoid.
Orris Absolute:
Orris found in India (Kashmir) is from different spices (Iris nepalensis, Iris kumaonsis). This product is therefore different when compared with Orris that is produced in Europe.
Orris absolute that is prepared by BMV is woody like violet floral.
Peru Absolute:
A light coloured product, very smooth and powerful.
Saffron Extract:
Pure extract of saffron is produced with 10% concentration. Other saffron products can also be produced from this 10% extract. The saffron products are deep orange brown in colour.
Styrax Absolute:
Styrax is a gum oleoresin product from the tree Liquidamber. The gum is imported from Honduras and is produced in-house to produce absolute.
Tree Moss CH:
Indian oakmoss is also known as Chharila grows mostly on pine trees. Tree moss resinoid is semi solid mass, dark green-brown in colour and is used mostly in hina. This absolute is lighter in colour and finer in odour. It is semi solid but mobile. It is used in perfumery where colour is not a problem.
